Current – New build Avon Castle, Ringwood

Project Value £2 million

We were introduced to this client on a recommendation and were asked to look at the option of altering the original property, or demolish and build a forever home. The latter was the more favourable option thus changing it to a zero VAT build, and working with a local architect we were able create the perfect house. Combining an old-style brickwork, oak frames, slate roof, wooden windows, with modern technology running the house we are combining a traditional style with the future.

Woodlands – New Forest 2019-2020

Project Value £250,000

Brought in to take over a project with an enforcement order placed, restoring this 1880’s forest cottage using tradition techniques and bring back original features taken out by the previous builder. The property was sold by a local estate agent.

Avon Park – Ringwood 2019

Project Value £155,000

Brought in by a client to repair and restore a flood damaged property and bring to market. Challenging work but completed with complete satisfaction by the client and the buyer.

Avon Wharf – Christchurch 2018

Project Value £425,000

Having taken over this project from a previous builder we were tasked with completing this 19th century conversion from offices back to a beautiful 3 story town house. With a very tight deadline to completion we delivered the project on time.
